Get ready to flow through a mat based practice that seamlessly transitions from grounding postures on the floor to empowering standing poses. To fully embrace the yoga experience, you will need to  bring along your own mat, preferably a yoga mat, and be prepared to remove your socks and trainers during the session. As we wind down, a cozy cooldown awaits, so don’t forget to bring along your favourite socks and a hoodie or zippy for a perfect finishing touch. Join us in an experience that nourishes both body and mind. See you on the mat!!
